Jennifer Sorg, PsychNP is a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Joining the Army in 2003 broadened her sense of the world and filled her with a passion for healthcare. During that time, she trained as a medic and deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. Throughout nursing school, her devotion for psychiatry was uncovered. She has experience working as a nurse in the areas of addiction, geriatric psychiatry, rehab, long term health care, and case management. As a psychiatric NP, she has worked with the underserved population, both kids and adults and with the military population as she was mobilized in 2018 as a Psych NP to Fort Bragg, NC. She has worked with pediatric patients since 2014 with a focus on ADD/ADHD and trauma symptoms. Jennifer currently resides with her husband, 4 children, and her kitten Seraphine. In her leisure time, she enjoys hiking, swimming, biking, and spending time with friends and family.
